Penguin Academy released its Q3 2025 Impact Report, highlighting a period of sustained growth, educational program expansion, and the strengthening of its tech community in Paraguay.
Through initiatives focused on training, inclusion, and employability, the organization reaffirms its commitment to transforming people’s energy and curiosity into tangible human potential.
During the third quarter, Penguin Academy maintained a solid growth rate across its key indicators. The number of participants reached 136, marking a steady increase compared to the previous quarter (120 in Q2 and 81 in Q1).
In total, 327 people applied to the programs during this period, reflecting growing interest in the institution’s technical training opportunities.
Additionally, 14 job placement processes were managed, and 7 partner companies participated, strengthening the link between training and employability. Altogether, 451 people took part in workshops during the quarter, demonstrating the academy’s increasing reach within the local tech community.

New Milestones: CodePRO 1.0 and Investor Presentation
One of the most notable moments of the quarter was the presentation of the MVP “ConsultApp,” developed by graduates of the first cohort of the CodePRO 1.0 program.
This prototype was showcased to investors at the Alto Paraná Invest Forum 2025, marking the first time a Penguin Academy project reached this level of maturity.
The team included young talents such as José Toledo, who joined the program with no prior computing experience and now represents the initiative’s transformative impact. This achievement embodies Penguin Academy’s core mission: to open pathways into technology for those starting from scratch.

Penguin also organized and participated in multiple workshops focused on artificial intelligence, programming, and digital skills. Activities such as Excel with AI, AI for Productivity, My First Game in Python, and Bootcamp Kick-off fostered collaborative and hands-on learning environments.
The institution was also present at key events such as the Blockchain Summit, the technical visit from the National University of Asunción (UNA), and the Invest Alto Paraná Forum, reinforcing its position as a regional leader in tech education.
Furthermore, in collaboration with Girls Code, Penguin Academy held an exclusive workshop for women, attended by more than 60 participants. During this session, attendees learned the fundamentals of web development and created their own digital portfolios using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
This initiative reaffirms the academy’s commitment to gender equity in technology, offering accessible and safe training spaces for women interested in starting their digital careers.

Looking Ahead
Toward the end of the year, Penguin announced the launch of a new cohort in October 2025, with the goal of continuing to train young people in digital skills and promoting their entry into the technology sector.
